We are Shining Light Home Inspection Services LLC, located in Gilbert, AZ. We have more than 25 years of experience in electrical engineering, detailed assessment, and audit experience. Keith, the founder, is committed to making everyone feel safe in their own homes, with meticulous attention to detail in every inspection he does. He is a senior member at ASQ (American Society for Quality), and is now focusing all his skills to benefit his clients as a home inspector in Arizona.
Keith is also part of the Arizona chapter of the American Society for Home Inspector. After retiring from the semiconductor manufacturing industry, he decided to pursue what he was passionate about. He moved to Arizona in 1986 and has been in Gilbert since 1997, understanding the needs of his community and trying to make it better every day.
